Orders placed on Eternal Return website will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eternal Return. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at eternalreturn111@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within [number] business days.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we only ship orders within the 50 states. We do not offer international shipping.
